Buddy Premium

Buddy may offer optional paid subscription services called Buddy Premium.

Price

The planned standard subscription price is:

The actual price presented to you may vary based on:

The price displayed immediately before purchase is the price applicable to your transaction.

• Currency
• Taxes
• Apple App Store pricing
• Google Play pricing
• Applicable promotions.

Launch Promotional Period

Buddy plans to provide free access during an initial launch period of approximately 3–6 months.

The exact promotional period may vary by market, campaign, launch timing or user eligibility.

If a promotional period ends and converts to a paid subscription, the applicable price and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before the user is charged.

Premium Benefits

Premium benefits will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Premium may include enhanced discovery, additional filters, increased connection opportunities, enhanced visibility and other premium features.

Buddy may update Premium features from time to time.

Billing

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed through the applicable platform.

The platform's subscription management rules apply.

Auto-Renewal

Where an auto-renewing subscription is offered, it will renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

The applicable renewal price will be disclosed before purchase as required.

Cancellation

You may cancel through the platform where you purchased the subscription.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund the current subscription period.

Google Play requires subscription apps to provide clear information about managing and cancelling subscriptions.

Apple / Google

Where purchased through Apple or Google, the applicable platform controls payment processing and subscription management.

Apple's current rules require auto-renewable subscriptions to provide ongoing value and to clearly communicate subscription terms.

Price Changes

Buddy may change subscription pricing.

Where required, users will receive appropriate notice before a new price applies.

Account Suspension

If your Buddy account is suspended or terminated, access to Premium may also be restricted.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy, applicable platform rules and mandatory consumer rights.
