What Can You Report?

App Crash

Buddy closes unexpectedly or stops working.

Login Problem

You cannot sign in or verify your account.

Profile Problem

Something isn't working correctly with your profile.

Nearby Problem

Location or Nearby functionality isn't working as expected.

Matching Problem

You believe matching or discovery isn't working correctly.

Messaging Problem

You cannot send, receive or view messages.

Photo / Video Problem

You cannot upload, view or manage media correctly.

Notification Problem

Push notifications are not working correctly.

Subscription Problem

Premium access, billing status or subscription features appear incorrect.

Other Technical Problem

Something else isn't working as expected.

How to Report a Problem

Use the subject:

Buddy — Technical Problem

Please include:

Account Email

The email associated with your Buddy account.

Device

For example:

• iPhone
• Android device

Operating System

For example:

• iOS version
• Android version

Buddy App Version

You can usually find this in the application settings or app store.

Problem Description

Tell us:

• What happened?
• What were you trying to do?
• When did the problem occur?
• Does it happen every time?

Screenshot or Screen Recording

Where helpful, include a screenshot or screen recording.

Security Issues

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in Buddy, do not publicly disclose sensitive technical details.
