The following activities are prohibited on Buddy.

Illegal Activities

You may not use Buddy to facilitate, promote, organize or participate in unlawful activities.

Fraud and Scams

Prohibited:

• Romance scams
• Financial scams
• Investment scams
• Cryptocurrency scams
• Phishing
• Identity fraud
• Payment fraud
• Fake fundraising
• Fraudulent transactions.

Impersonation and Fake Accounts

You may not:

• Pretend to be another person
• Use another person's photographs without authorization
• Create deceptive accounts
• Misrepresent your age
• Misrepresent your identity.

Harassment and Abuse

Prohibited:

• Threats
• Stalking
• Bullying
• Intimidation
• Repeated unwanted contact
• Targeted harassment
• Blackmail
• Extortion.

Sexual Exploitation

Buddy prohibits:

• Sexual exploitation
• Human trafficking
• Sex trafficking
• Coercive sexual activity
• Non-consensual sexual content
• Sexual extortion
• Commercial sexual exploitation.

Minors

Buddy is an 18+ platform.

Any attempt to:

is strictly prohibited.

• Groom a minor
• Sexually solicit a minor
• Exploit a minor
• Trade or request sexual content involving a minor
• Facilitate trafficking involving a minor

Sexual Content Involving Minors

Absolutely prohibited:

Buddy may report suspected child exploitation to relevant authorities or appropriate organizations as required or permitted by law.

• CSAM
• Sexualized images of minors
• Requests for sexual images from minors
• Sexual conversations with minors
• Sexual solicitation of minors
• Attempts to arrange sexual contact with minors.

Non-Consensual Intimate Content

Do not share or threaten to share:

without the consent of the person depicted or involved.

• Private sexual images
• Intimate videos
• Sexual recordings
• Private conversations

Commercial Sexual Services

Buddy does not permit users to use the platform to arrange or promote unlawful commercial sexual services, including prostitution or sexual services offered for payment where prohibited by law.

Drugs and Illegal Transactions

Do not use Buddy to facilitate the sale, distribution or trafficking of illegal drugs or other unlawful controlled substances.

Weapons and Violence

Do not use Buddy to:

• Threaten violence
• Organize violent activity
• Facilitate criminal activity
• Sell prohibited weapons
• Encourage attacks against others.

Malware and Cyber Abuse

Prohibited:

• Malware
• Phishing links
• Account theft
• Credential harvesting
• Unauthorized access
• Exploiting vulnerabilities
• Denial-of-service attacks.

Spam and Manipulation

Do not:

• Mass-message users
• Operate spam accounts
• Manipulate matching
• Manipulate engagement
• Use bots without authorization
• Create fake reviews or interactions.

Data Scraping

You may not:

• Scrape Buddy
• Harvest user profiles
• Collect location information
• Build external databases of Buddy users
• Use automated systems to collect personal information.

Circumventing Enforcement

You may not attempt to avoid a Buddy restriction by:

• Creating another account
• Using another person's account
• Changing identifying information
• Circumventing technical restrictions.

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

Warning → Restriction → Suspension → Permanent Termination

Serious violations may result in immediate termination.
