Buddy allows users to create and share content.

This includes:

Our Content Policy explains what is allowed and what is not.

• Profile photos
• Posts
• Text
• Comments
• Audio
• Video
• Messages
• Other User Content.

Allowed Content

Users may share content that is:

• Authentic
• Lawful
• Respectful
• Relevant
• Non-exploitative
• Consistent with Buddy's Community Guidelines.

Adult Content

Buddy is an 18+ platform.

However, adult status does not mean all sexual content is permitted.

Content involving exploitation, coercion, non-consensual intimate material, trafficking or minors is strictly prohibited.

Buddy may restrict explicit sexual content depending on applicable law, platform requirements and product functionality.

Nudity and Sexual Content

Users must not use Buddy to distribute sexually explicit content that violates Buddy's rules or applicable App Store/Google Play requirements.

In particular, content that is primarily intended to facilitate sexual solicitation or commercial sexual services is prohibited.

Violence

Content depicting extreme graphic violence or encouraging violence may be removed.

Hate

Content that promotes hatred, violence or dehumanization against protected groups is prohibited.

Illegal Content

Content promoting or facilitating illegal activity may be removed.

Copyright

You must only upload content that:

Buddy may remove content following a valid copyright complaint.

• You own
• You have permission to use
• You are otherwise legally entitled to share.

Personal Information

Do not publish another person's sensitive personal information without authorization.

This includes:

• Home addresses
• Phone numbers
• Identification documents
• Financial information
• Private communications
• Private intimate content.

Spam

Content designed primarily for spam, fraud or unauthorized commercial promotion may be removed.

Manipulated or Misleading Content

Do not use content to intentionally deceive users about:

• Identity
• Age
• Location
• Intentions
• Relationships
• Commercial activity.

Moderation

Buddy may use:

to identify content that may violate our policies.

Content may be:

• Automated detection
• Human review
• User reports
• Safety signals
• Removed
• Restricted
• Made less visible
• Age-restricted where appropriate
• Referred for further review.
