Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Buddy is an 18+ platform.

We do not knowingly permit children or minors to use Buddy.

Buddy maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”).

Prohibited Child Sexual Exploitation

Buddy strictly prohibits:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation of minors
• Grooming
• Sexual solicitation of minors
• Sexual communication with minors for exploitative purposes
• Sexualized content involving minors
• Trafficking involving minors
• Attempts to arrange sexual contact with minors.

Underage Accounts

If Buddy becomes aware that an account belongs to a person below the applicable minimum age, we may:

• Suspend the account
• Remove the account
• Remove associated content
• Investigate relevant activity
• Take additional protective action.

Reporting

Users can report suspected child safety violations through:

Reports involving potential child exploitation will be treated as high priority.

Investigation

Buddy may use:

We may preserve relevant information where necessary for safety, investigation or legal compliance.

Cooperation With Authorities

Where required or appropriate, Buddy may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators or relevant child-protection organizations.
